Prof. Mamun Joined CPHC Alliance virtual session to Share CMED Health as a Digital Health Exemplar

On March 25, 2025, Prof. Khondaker Abdullah Al Mamun, Founder of CMED Health and Director of IRIIC at United International University, joined an insightful virtual session hosted by the CPHC Alliance, in collaboration with Swasti – The Health Catalyst and Community Action Collab. The session, titled Digital Platforms to Enable CPHC – CMED Health as an Exemplar,” spotlighted CMED Health as a pioneering model in digital transformation of community-based primary healthcare.

During the session, Prof. Mamun presented CMED Health’s groundbreaking AI and IoT-driven platform that is helping bridge healthcare gaps in rural and urban Bangladesh. The discussion focused on how digital innovations like CMED can be scaled across regions to deliver inclusive, data-informed, and accessible health services.

Attendees—ranging from public health professionals and policymakers to health tech experts—explored key strategies to integrate digital tools in strengthening Comprehensive Primary Healthcare (CPHC). CMED’s work was highlighted as a real-world example of how technology can support national and community-level health priorities, especially in low-resource settings.

The session emphasized that digital transformation is not just about efficiency—it’s about equity. CMED’s success story demonstrated how thoughtful, scalable, and affordable innovations can transform how care is delivered, tracked, and evaluated across diverse populations.

This engagement further reinforces CMED Health’s position as a leader in digital health and its commitment to empowering healthcare systems through innovation and collaboration.
