Video content plays a central role in how we tell our stories, showcase innovation, and engage with students, professionals, industry, and the wider community.

We are hiring a full-time Video Content Creator to support podcasts, short-form reels, promotional videos, advertisements, and digital campaigns across platforms and digital channels. This is a hands-on, creative role involving video shooting, editing, publishing, and visual storytelling.

The role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about videography, video editing, storytelling, and digital media, and who enjoy working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications.

• Strong skills in videography, video editing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating high-quality video content with professional shooting techniques.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut, or similar.
• Understanding of framing, lighting, sound, stabilization, and basic color correction for both mobile and professional camera setups.
• Familiar with producing short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and long-form content (podcasts, interviews).
• Familiarity with platform-specific video formats and publishing standards (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple video projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and produce high-quality video content for podcasts, interviews, events, and institutional activities.
• Edit videos for promotional content, advertisements, reels, and digital campaigns.
• Create short-form videos optimized for social media platforms.
• Edit and package long-form videos such as talks, podcasts, and documentary-style content.
• Publish and optimize video content for different platforms (format, captions, resolution).
• Collaborate with social media, design, and communications teams to ensure consistent storytelling.
• Support live event coverage, field shoots, and on-campus productions when required.
• Maintain organized video archives and digital assets.
